Product Introduction
The V- mixer is used to mix the powder uniformly. It is suitable for mixing more than two kinds of dry powder and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgical, electronic and other industries. The mixing barrel of the V-shaped mixer has a unique structure, and the material in the V-shaped cylinder is turned back and forth through mechanical transmission to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing. The mixing barrel of the V- mixer is generally made of stainless steel with polished inner and outer walls. The structural design ensures that there is no dead corner of material accumulation. It has the characteristics of no dead corner of the barrel, no material accumulation, fast speed and short mixing time, and it is convenient to clean.

Working Principle
The V-Mixer is composed of two cylinders formed and welded together. The shape of the container is asymmetric with respect to the axis. Due to the rotational movement, the powder particles are continuously alternated, divided, and merged in the inclined cylinder; the materials are randomly transferred from one area to another area, and at the same time, the powder particles are slipped and superimposed multiple times in space. It is continuously distributed on the newly generated surface, so that shearing, diffusion and mixing are repeated, and there is no dead corner of mixing.
