Product Introduction

YKM Graphite Digestion Block is used for the digestive treatment before protein determination in the laboratories of industry, agriculture, medical and sanitary field. It is used for the digestion before metal elements determination of food, water sample, biological sample and cosmetics, etc, as well as the clearing out of redundant acid in digestion tract after digestion in microwave digestion system and those projects requiring high temperature and constant temperature.

1. Processing up to 60 samples at the same time.
2. Accurate temperature control and uniform digestion. The product is heated by high-purity ultra-fine graphite heating module, which has good digestion consistency and repeatability. The temperature tolerance between holes is ≤±1.5℃.
3. Digestion intelligent program control, Digital display intelligent program temperature control, realize 16-segment program heating and control the heating holding time, and automatically stop heating after the heating program is completed. It can prevent the overflow of bubbles due to excessively high temperature of the boiling samples, and at the same time avoid the unnecessary loss of acid due to the boiling point of the acid solution at too high temperature, which not only shortens the digestion time but also saves acid and reduces environmental pollution.
4. Unique design anti-corrosion and durable, The upper and lower split design, the controller and the digestion unit are separated to protect the electronic components from corrosion; the double-layer heat insulation design between the heating part and the control part effectively protects the control part from high temperature damage.
