Product Introduction

The chemical safety cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. An anti-leakage tank is installed in the cabinet, and an electrostatic grounding wire is provided to prevent the corrosion and explosion of the cabinet caused by liquid and static electricity. The cabinet is equipped with a microcomputer control system to collect and process unorganized volatile gases. It can be optional equipped with an IoT remote control module to realize remote query and monitoring functions. It owns the functions of intelligent remote control,exhaust gas purification, anti-corrosion and fire prevention.

Access Instructions for Hazardous Chemicals

1. The cabinet cannot be storaged for a long time.

2. The non-hazardous chemicals cannot be storaged in it.

3. The storage container should be in good condition.

4. The volatile corrosive gas should be tightly sealed with corks and placed on the upper layer in order to discharge.

5. It should be storaged in different layer or cabinet according to the chemical properties of oxidizing agent, reducing agent, strong acid, strong base, etc.

6. The hazardous chemicals with different characters should be stored separately.

7. It is strictly forbidden to store toxic cabinet together with inorganic oxidants and strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, etc.).

8. The safety cabinet must be kept by two person, including accessing, using and locking. It should be recorded truthly the access with real-name registration.

9. The hazardous chemicals that is stored for long time and must be scrapped, as well as the waste liquid in the liquid pan at the bottom of cabinet must be cleaned up in timely and destroyed at appointed location according to the hazardous chemical by a particular person.

10. In principle, flammable safety cabinet and toxic safety cabinet is only suitbale for short-term storage chemicals. If mixed storage, please be sure there is no chemical reaction between them.
