Product Introduction
YLK chemical safety cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled
steel plate, and the whole body is electrostatically sprayed with
resin. An anti-leakage tank is installed in the cabinet, and an
electrostatic grounding wire is provided to prevent the corrosion
and explosion of the cabinet caused by liquid and static
electricity. The cabinet is equipped with a microcomputer control
system to collect and process unorganized volatile gases. It can be
optional equipped with an IoT remote control module to realize
remote query and monitoring functions. It owns the functions of
intelligent remote control,exhaust gas purification, anti-corrosion
and fire prevention.
Applications
Yellow Cabinet:It is used for storing various flammable items, which the flashing
point is below 45°C.
Red Cabinet:It is used for storing various combustible items, which
the flashing point is above 45°C.
Blue Cabinet:It is used for storing all kinds of weak corrosive
items or weak acids and bases.For example: acetic acid, carbonic
acid, phosphoric acid, silicic acid, etc.

Access Instructions for Hazardous Chemicals
1. The cabinet cannot be storaged for a long time.
2. The safety cabinet should be dedicated, and non-hazardous
chemicals cannot be storaged in it.
3. The storage container should be in good condition.
4. The volatile corrosive gas should be tightly sealed with corks
and placed on the upper layer in order to discharge.
5. It should be storaged in different layer or cabinet according to
the chemical properties of oxidizing agent, reducing agent, strong
acid, strong base, etc.
6. The hazardous chemicals with different characters should be
stored separately.
7. It is strictly forbidden to store toxic cabinet together with
inorganic oxidants and strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, nitric
acid, etc.).
8. The safety cabinet must be kept by two person, including
accessing, using and locking. It should be recorded truthly the
access with real-name registration.
9. The hazardous chemicals that is stored for long time and must be
scrapped, as well as the waste liquid in the liquid pan at the
bottom of cabinet must be cleaned up in timely and destroyed at
appointed location according to the hazardous chemical by a
particular person. It can not directly poured into the sewer or
ordinary trash cans.
